The ministry at St Augustine’s is shared among its people. Tasks that would previously have been undertaken by a priest may now be administered by a trained lay person.

At St Augustine’s a Ministry Team assists Gavin with virtually all aspects of ministry, from planning services to preparation for baptism and weddings. The resources of the Parish are greatly enhanced through this approach to shared ministry.
